Please note that according to Art. 57, para. 5 of the ZPA, underwear (sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons related to hygiene or health protection) is not subject to return and exchange!!!
Because we understand the nature of online shopping and want to be as helpful as possible to our customers, we provide the opportunity to return even a product that has been unpacked. In order for such a request to be honored and the amount to be refunded, you must fulfill the requirements above.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept bikinis, stockings and some types of erotic clothing if they have been opened, as for us health comes first.
